He graduated Woonsocket High School in Rhode Island College with a (B.A.) in Economics and was part of the Pre-Med Program in CCNY.With his educational background, he is poised to continue to lead Rotator to a successful growth minded future.

In addition, William is second generation in the Staffing world, with over 18 years of experience in the contract services industry, in which he has successfully marketed, serviced and administered both staff augmentation and vendor partner relationships with many clients. It is William’s vision that has made Rotator the dynamic and flexible human capital solution that it is today. Always available if needed, William takes a hands-on role within the company at all levels. Under his leadership, the company has flourished, and continues to see year over year growth.

As a key member of the executive management team, William is integrally involved in all facets of the organization, encompassing business development, business operations, project management, and client interfacing. William Almonte has turned his firm into a leader in the temporary and direct-hire staffing industry by providing superior customer service, adopting innovative practices and giving back to the community.

William has more than 17 years of staffing industry experience, gaining extensive knowledge through recruitment, sales, management and executive roles. William is responsible for strategic planning and for ensuring the overall growth and profitability of the company. He oversees service delivery, sales and operations.
